OUR PROMISE
Robens is built on durable gear, technical performance and reliability in the field. Through our ongoing commitment, we give you more considered product stories that support your range and reflect the expectations of today’s outdoor consumers.

Product lifecycle
We believe in the quality of our products, and we want them to be trusted partners in the field for as long as possible. That is why we consider the full product lifecycle - from design and production to use, repair and continued performance.
As part of these efforts, we have made access to spare parts simple and convenient.
Spare parts are available through both Dealernet and the Robens brand site. The ordering process is straightforward: by entering the product number, all available spare parts are displayed, making them quick and easy to order with a single click.
This supports product longevity, helps reduce waste and contributes to satisfied customers who can continue to rely on their Robens gear in the field season after season.
Enduring performance
Reliable product performance starts with a solid foundation. The Robens design team applies its in-depth knowledge of fabrics, construction and functionality to make considered material choices that support durability and reduce impact where possible.
All polyester tents, sleeping bags, self-inflating mats and airbeds are made without PFAS, while still delivering reliable performance in the field.
To reduce the need for virgin materials, we are introducing recycled polyester and nylon where possible. This covers a wide range of products, from flysheet materials on Performance tents to linings, fillings and covers on selected sleeping bags and self-inflating mats. We also support animal welfare by using only responsibly sourced and traceable down for our down sleeping bags.
Through these initiatives, outdoor enthusiasts can rest assured that each Robens product is considered down to the seams combining responsibility with performance.
Constant commitment
Fair working conditions across our value chain are essential to us. Since 2017, we have partnered with amfori BSCI, a leading European initiative that supports companies in promoting ethical and responsible production across global supply chains.
Manufacturers are audited against the amfori BSCI Code of Conduct by independent third parties, and the results are shared across the member network. In addition, we maintain close dialogue with our suppliers and carry out regular visits to support strong collaboration based on transparency and mutual understanding.
Oase Outdoors, our parent company, has now reached an important milestone, with 87% of our purchasing volume covered by amfori audits. This helps ensure that Robens products are crafted with care.
Packaging choices
We continuously work to reduce plastic in our packaging. Over two years, we have halved our plastic packaging by reviewing each product to assess where plastic is necessary - and where better alternatives can be introduced.
Our initiatives include replacing plastic strips where possible with alternative fastening solutions and reducing the use of polybags by introducing alternatives such as mesh bags and paper bags.
To create a clear overview of our packaging materials, we have integrated packaging details into our product quality reports. This makes it easier to identify where improvements can be made. Today, choosing the right packaging materials is a natural part of our product development process.
Robens is part of Oase Outdoors, where we share a commitment to making more considered choices across our business.
